You will make a difference by helping our employees provide essential care and support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD) to lead fulfilling lives and participate in their communities.
Development/Marketing
You will have the opportunity to create awareness about Lifehouse and our important work. As part of a strong caring, team, you will assist with major gifts, special events, grants, owned and paid media placements, and direct mail fundraising.
Office Administration
You are highly organized and oversee the daily operations of our office and ensure that everything runs smoothly. By coordinating administrative tasks, supporting staff, and ensuring a productive and positive work environment.
Accounting
You will have the opportunity to guide responsible fiscal practices that keep the organization running and comply with 501(c)(3) standards.
Facilities/ Landscape & Gardening
You will be involved with the day-to-day operations and maintenance of all physical facilities. This includes managing building systems, ensuring a safe and healthy work environment, coordinating facilities-related projects, and maintaining a welcoming space for staff, clients, and visitors while aligning with the Lifehouse mission.
Information Technology
You will explore the possibilities of independence through technology, paying close attention to the actual needs and desires of people with developmental disabilities.
Human Resources
You will be responsible for managing and supporting various HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, training and development, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.

You will be working as a part of a team in a role that helps support our employees so they may assist adults with intellectual/developmental disabilities in establishing and maintaining a safe, stable, and independent life in homes they own or rent.
